Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood, an American comedian and TV personality who is best known for her role as the hosts for The Talk, a popular talk show on daytime television. Born in Arkansas She was raised by her parents in Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl has a troubled family. Sheryl spent a large portion of her childhood looking after her sister Frankie and her polio-infected sister. As a teenager, she experienced an uneasy relationship with her mom. Sheryl says that her mother one time slapped her father for being too close. After her graduation from college, Sheryl became a military officer. Her passion was comedy. She became the first female contestant in the contest Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. She began her TV career in 1992 after she made a cameo appearance as a frequent participant on the HBO comedy series Def Comedy Jam. She was the host of the TV show Oh Drama! in 2000. Then in 2011, she started participating in The Talk as co-host. Additionally, she's played fictional roles in series such as Bulworth Nikki as well as Beauty Shop.
