Torrie Wilson

Torrie Anne Wilson was born on July 24, 1975. She is an American former professional wrestler, model and trainer. Wilson is most well-known for her work with World Wrestling Entertainment, formerly called the World Wrestling Federation. She was also the first Miss Galaxy competitor in 1999. [1][8] Soon after her win, Wilson was hired by World Championship Wrestling. She joined the organization from 1999 until 2000. [2][7][8] In 2001 her appearances on World Wrestling Federation television were part of The Invasion (a WCW storyline, which was then called the [then] WWF). [5] She was most famous in her feud with Dawn Marie ([7][8]) Dawn Marie ([7][8]) and Sable ([5][99]). Wilson has been a part the all-female stable, which includes characters associated with storylines. Wilson was first introduced to the sport when she was a spectator at an International Championship Wrestling(WCW) show in 1999. [7][8][9] Wilson was asked to join Scott Steiner in the ring after she had left the stage. Seven Kevin Nash later expressed interest in an idea for a storyline. The first time she appeared was on the February 8, 1999, episode of Nitro (later called "Samantha"). The storyline disclosed that Wilson was brought in by New World Order (nWo) to con David Flair into supporting his father Ric Flair. They appeared together on February 21 during SuperBrawl IX when Wilson slapped Ric in the face, and David attacked his face with a taser. [15] Ric received the WCW World Heavyweight Championship by Hollywood Hogan. This was in an Uncensored match that featured there was a Barbed Wire Steel Cage match was held. David and Wilson took their break from WCW television, but returned to the arena in May. At the 1999 Bash at the Beach, Wilson played the role of an assistant for Flair while he successfully defended the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship against Dean Malenko.
